Renting an interim container:

As part of renovation work in the Rendsburg district court, the old building is to be vacated for the duration of the work. In order to ensure the continuation of court operations at the Rendsburg site during the construction phase, an interim placement of 5 courtrooms and some office rooms in containers was planned in the courtyard of the neighboring, vacant penal institution. The rental of the required containers is the subject of this tender.

As part of renovation work in the Rendsburg district court, the old building is to be vacated for the duration of the work. In order to ensure the continuation of court operations at the Rendsburg site during the construction phase, an interim placement of 5 courtrooms and some office rooms in containers was planned in the courtyard of the neighboring, vacant penal institution. The existing safety measures (S-wire rollers) are dismantled on site before the container is set up. Due to the close proximity of the planned facility, a direct connection to the extension, which will continue to be used during the construction period, is possible.

The guard with access control is currently also located here. A structural connection between the extension building and the interim accommodation is to be implemented using containers via the current staff entrance.

The rental of the required containers is the subject of this tender. Foundations according to Requirement for the supplied container systems and connections Electricity, water, sewage are provided on site. The IT infrastructure and the required fire alarm technology are installed in the system on site and connected to the existing infrastructure.

The approval process has been initiated for the construction project. The approval period is limited to 2 years and therefore compliance with the requirements of the EEG is not required.

The contractor must deliver the following documents to the building authorities:

- static proof based on the usage-related traffic loads,

- Evidence of compliance with the structural fire protection, in addition to the fire protection classification of the individual modules, the statement of a certified test center with regard to the fire resistance duration of the entire system must be submitted by the contractor to the approval authority before construction begins.

The following dates are planned for the container system:

- placing of order at the beginning of 03/2021,

- Preparatory measures by the client by mid-05/2021,

- Setting up the container from mid-05/2021 to the end of 06/2021 start of the rental period,

- Subsequent installation (BMA and data network) by the client in mid 06/2021 to mid 07/2021,

- moving in at the end of 07/2021,

- Extract 12/2023,

- Dismantling of the container 01/2023.
