The subject of the contract are internal and external cleaning and maintenance of green areas along with the removal of snow masses and icing at facilities administered by the Third Department of the Social Insurance Institution in Warsaw

The subject of the contract includes cleaning of facilities, external area and maintenance of green areas in the following objects of the Employer:

1) The seat of the III Department - Warsaw, ul. Czerniakowska 16,

2) Piaseczno - Piaseczno Inspectorate, ul. Puławska 34B,

3) Sochaczew Inspectorate - Sochaczew, ul. Reymonta 20,

4) Pruszków Inspectorate - Pruszków, ul. Pencil 38,

5) The Żyrardów Inspectorate - Żyrardów, ul. Bankowa 1 and ul. Cicha 2/8,

6) Warsaw-Ursynów Regional Office, ul. Dembego 23B,

7) Local Office Grodzisk Mazowiecki - Grodzisk Mazowiecki, ul. Pańska 17/19,

8) Błonie Information Point - Błonie, ul. Nowakowskiego 2/4.

Depending on the frequency and time of implementation, cleaning is divided into:

1) daily - performed daily, regardless of the needs, both during business hours, ie 7:45-15:45, and after business hours of a given organizational unit of the Employer;

2) periodic - carried out in the summer or winter season, on dates agreed with the Employer,

3) ad hoc - performed depending on the needs, implemented by the Contractor immediately after noticing or reporting such need by the Employer.

Depending on the implementation time, cleaning of outdoor areas is divided into:

1) summer season - the period from the beginning of April to the end of October;

2) winter season - the period from the beginning of November to the end of March (and during periods of snowfall in other months).
