The current contracts end at the end of 2023. The purpose of this tender is to re-offer the contract to the market with the intention of having concluded new agreements for archive storage capacity as of 1 January 2024.
The contract for this tender consists of archive storage in secure areas and associated services. The assignment is divided into two lots namely:
- Lot 1. Shelf storage and associated services;
- Lot 2. Pallet storage and associated services.
The intended purpose of the Tender is to conclude a Service Agreement per lot with the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, Doc-Direkt Directorate.
Tenderers can tender for both lots and can also be awarded both lots.
