The subject of the contract is the delivery to facilities belonging to the Ordering Party of electricity with a total estimated volume of 21628.00 MWh in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text. Journal of Law 2021, item 716, as amended. as amended) – hereinafter referred to as the EP, of which:

Zone I – 4 543,00 MWh

Zone II – 2 460,00 MWh

Strefa III – 14625,00 MWh

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of electricity to facilities belonging to the Ordering Party with a total estimated volume of 21628.00 MWh in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text. Zone II – 2 460,00 MWh

whereas in zone I tariffs settled around the clock are included, which is specified in the price form (Annex 2 to the SWZ).

The above data are indicative. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties, except for the need to pay for the actual amount of energy consumed and transmission services in accordance with the applicable Operator Tariff. The contractor should take into account the fluctuation in electricity consumption at the level of (+/-)10%.
