Conversion measures on existing buildings of the Mittweida hospital in the trades of master builders, drywall, screed, doors, demolition as part of construction phase B

The district of Mittweida Krankenhaus gGmbH is planning to move from still used premises to other rooms in the existing building as a preparatory measure for the demolition of the existing building House 2. For this purpose, interventions in the area of the TGA are required. As building freedom for these building services interventions, various expansion measures are required in individual rooms of the existing building:

o approx. 170m² wall tiles

o approx. 3.5m³ cement screed incl. floor tile covering, d approx. 70mm

o ca. 0.7m³ Zementestrich, d ca. 65mm

o approx. 60m² floor insulation PS-hard foam

o ca. 25m² PVC-Bodenbelag

o ca. 15m² Epoxidharzbeschichtung

- Disassembly and reassembly of

o ca. 260m² Langfeldeinhangdecken (Metallkassetten)

o approx. 55m² mineral fibre grid ceilings incl. UK

- Installation of drywall:

o ca. 50m² Einfachständerwände

a ca. 45m² Vorsatzschalen

o approx. 65m² GK sloping ceilings, smooth

o approx. 20m² GK acoustic sloping ceilings

a ca. 110m² Trockenputz

- Floor construction new:

o approx. 75m² synthetic resin screed, floating with EPS impact sound insulation
