This Framework Agreement is a service contract aimed at the designation of a service provider for the provision, installation and programming of:

• Radiofrequency calorimeters (splitters) and radiofrequency integrators

• Radio frequency cold water and hot water meters;

• Remote reading center allowing the automatic collection of data on a periodic basis and provision of consumption indexes, recorded by these devices and transferred to a secure remote server, which can be consulted on a website.

The service providers will also be in charge of carrying out index surveys and establishing annual expense statements according to the instructions of the contracting authority, as well as all the listings and reports that the contracting authority will need.
