Froland Municipality's population is growing and the current secondary school is expecting a large year group in 2 years time. The current school does not have sufficient capacity. New norms and requirements for areas, special rooms and group rooms require an overall plan that shows how an extension and alterations to the current building can together meet the secondary school's needs for space.
Froland Municipality therefore needs architect/consultancy services for the preparation of a draft project for alterations and an extension that includes solution proposals with drawings, a room programme and calculations.
The procurement also includes an option for the preliminary project with the tender documentation (service specification/function description), if the project gets political approval.

The draft project will be presented to the municipal council, which will decide whether this will be an investment project that the municipality will start.
The procurement also includes an option for the preliminary project with the tender documentation (service specification/function description), if the project gets political approval.
