The subject of the contract is the development of PFU for the construction of a road with a viaduct (over Warszawska Street and railway tracks) from Warszawska Street to Krakowska Street.
The subject of the contract is the development of PFU for the construction of a road with a viaduct (over Warszawska Street and railway tracks) from Warszawska Street to Krakowska Street.
Size/Range:
1. construction of a dual carriageway class G road, approx. 722 m long, on the section from Warszawska Street (SK-1) to the intersection in the area of Miłocińska Street (SK-2), including the construction of a viaduct approx. 304 m long,
2. construction of the KDG road intersection (SK-2),
3. construction of a dual carriageway road of class G length approx. 1427 m, on the section from the intersection (SK-2) to the intersection with the GP class road (SK-3),
4. construction of the intersection of roads KDG with KD-GP (SK-3),
5. construction of a dual carriageway road of the GP class approx. 1929 m, on the section from the SK-3 intersection to the SK-8 intersection,
6. construction of the intersection of the KD-GP road with the 3KD-Z (SK-5) road,
7. construction of the intersection of the KD-GP road with the 9KD-L (SK-6) road,
8. construction of the intersection of the KD-GP road with the 5KD-L (SK-7) road,
9. construction of the intersection of the KD-GP road with the KD-G road (SK-8),
10. construction of a dual carriageway class G road approx. 2,038 m long, on the section from the SK-8 intersection to the SK-12 intersection,
11. construction of the intersection of the KD-G road with the KD-Z road (SK-9),
12. construction of the intersection of the KD-G road with the KD-L roads (near the Raben company) (SK-10),
13. construction of the intersection of the KD-G road with KD-L roads (SK-11),
14. construction of the intersection of the KD-G road with Krakowska Street (SK-12),
15. extension of the GP class national road to the length of approx. 414 m (Krakowska Street from the SK-12 intersection in the western direction to the borders of the City of Rzeszów).
For all the above roads, intersections m.in.:
1. construction/reconstruction of exits providing access to adjacent areas,
2. reinforcement of existing road surfaces (if necessary),
3. construction of elements resulting from obtained administrative decisions,
4. Construction/extension of single-level/multi-level intersections
to the extent necessary with intersections and railway areas,
5. construction/reconstruction of double-sided sidewalks and bicycle paths together with
with pedestrian crossings,
6. construction/reconstruction of pedestrian crossings,
7. construction/reconstruction of access roads, internal roads and pedestrian-carriageway roads to ensure the service of adjacent areas, local transport, legal persons and business entities, to the extent ensuring the passability of vehicles corresponding to the profile of activity of these persons and entities, access to possible retention reservoirs,
8. Construction/reconstruction of bus stop bays in locations resulting from
arrangements at the stage of design works together with ITS passenger information system equipment,
9. checking the stability of slopes along with their protection and securing possible landslides if it becomes necessary for the implementation of the investment,
10. construction of a bay for weighing vehicles (if necessary),
11. construction of public parking spaces,
12. construction of the necessary technical infrastructure, structures and construction equipment along with the reconstruction of conflicting infrastructure.
13. construction/reconstruction of engineering structures,
14. construction/reconstruction of drainage, lighting,
15. construction of a technological channel,
16. felling, transplanting, planting greenery,
17. construction of elements resulting from the needs of environmental protection,
18. construction of traffic safety devices,
19. construction of a traffic measurement station,
20. Reconstruction/construction of a data transmission pole for ITS equipment
21. Development of microsimulation of circular motion
22. reconstruction/construction of accommodative traffic lights,
23. reconstruction of the existing technical infrastructure,
24. Demolition works.

The subject of the contract should be developed in accordance with the Table of Design Studies (TOP). During the performance of the contract, the Contractor will perform all necessary activities necessary to perform the service covered by the subject of the contract.
