Department 214 of the RZF NRW is responsible for printing, enveloping and sending tax assessments and other paper products of the North Rhine-Westphalia tax authorities. The technical systems are designed and optimized for the tasks and in some cases require certification for these machines for operation.

In order to support the above-mentioned tasks, personnel (at least six people) are needed for printing, enveloping and mailroom if necessary.

For the fulfillment of the tasks, qualified employees are sought who carry out the respective work independently, sometimes in 2-shift operation.

- In the printing area, the operator is responsible for loading the ColorStream 3500 continuous printing systems with paper, operating the Canon systems and independently repairing minor errors. The same applies to the imagePress C10000 sheetfed printing systems in use.

- In the inserting area, it is necessary to connect the printed continuous paper rolls to the core inserting systems 3600 and 1600 and to operate them with the help of the POSY operator software, to add envelopes and to fill and empty the connected mailbox system. The required job deals are to be completed via the software.

- The post office sorts and packs daily quantities of mail that are made available for dispatch to the services. The tasks include the daily processing of incoming mail and outgoing mail, in particular sorting the mail for the respective recipients, compiling the documents, packing the goods.

A framework agreement on temporary employment will be put out to tender from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2028. The first call-off contract is planned with a scope of at least 5 PT (subject to the successful completion of the security check).

The estimated number of services to be called up is 200 PT over the entire term of the contract. The maximum amount of services to be called up is 400 PT over the entire term of the contract.
