1. The object of the order is the ongoing maintenance of the purity of the building property and the adjacent exterior area located at 11 F Grape Street, which is the property of Szczeciński TBS: Part 4.

2. The item of the order will be carried out on the following areas:

2.1. interior area — 1,489 m²

2.2. remaining area (green spaces) — 3,339.71 m²

2.3. outdoor area (parking, commuting and access to the building) — 2,578,29 m²
