The subject of the contract is to perform the function of an investor supervision inspector over the construction of expansion joints (expansion joints, expansion joints) on existing logging routes consisting in the implementation of a round wood pavement on joists in the forest districts in Ringc, Dębowiec, Pruchna, Kalembice and Dziegielów divided into 2 parts:

Part 1 - Investor's supervision over the task: Construction of expansion joints in the area of three forests in the Odra basin.

Part 2 - Investor's supervision over the task: Construction of expansion joints in three forestry areas in the Vistula catchment.

The tasks of the Contractor as part of the investor's supervision for all two parts include:

1) Checking project documentation for completeness of design solutions and compliance with applicable regulations and standards and approving its implementation.

2) Agreeing, during the execution of works, changes in the design documentation with the designer, works contractor and principal.

3) Technical supervision in the scope of works included in the task

4) Agreeing with the Principal the essential matters affecting the quality, deadline and costs of completing the subject of the contract.

5) Checking and approving the calculation of works and invoices provided by the contractor.

6) Preparation for partial acceptance and final acceptance of the investment, including:

- collecting and completing as-built documentation,

- collecting necessary technical acceptance certificates,

- pre-acceptance inspections

- participation in the final acceptance commission run by the Principal

7) Settlement of final investment in the scope of works included in the task,

8) Controlling construction quantitative accounts.

The service of performing the function of investor supervision inspector applies to tasks according to the following description of construction works:

- geodetic service, measuring works for staking out works,

- preparatory works, clearing the area,

- earthworks, excavations, longitudinal grooves,

- pavement, channeling, joists, pavement, backfilling

Pavement, stone slide insurance,

- preparation of as-built geodetic documentation.

A detailed description of the construction works is included in the design and cost estimate documentation as well as technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works - Annexes 12, 13, 14 to the ToR.
