This notice seeks architect/consultant for detailed regulation of a large area in Bamble kommune (Bamble Municipality) where it will be possible to establish industrial activity and associated technical infrastructure and logistics activity.

An agreement has been entered into with Bamble Municipality that this detailed regulation will run parallel with the area plan, which rolls every fourth year. The area to be regulated includes 3 700 decares and is currently regulated as LNF area (which denotes agricultural use, natural appearance, and open-air recreation) and commercial area.
