The call for tenders concerns two parts

Part 1: Architectural services and initial client consultancy

Architectural services and initial client consultancy include the preparation of competition proposals containing drawings, descriptions and the like, which enable the jury's assessment and evaluation. The project will form the basis for further work on a detailed outline and tender project for the tendering of turnkey contracts. It will also form the basis for Hørsholm Municipality's approval of the final solution.

The task must be solved in accordance with the tender documents, annexes, etc. The competition proposal must in all respects be adequate, so that the jury and hørsholm Municipality are able to assess what is delivered and to what extent it meets the requirements of the Value and Function Program new daycare in Rungsted.

The outline proposal and the tender project must in all parts be sufficient to form the basis for the tendering of a turnkey contract. Thus, a project must be handed in that contains a buildable institution that enables the general contractor to complete the project.

The ordering party acquires ownership of the delivery.
