Mixed Framework Agreement allocated in 11 lots. For all lots, it is a framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts at unit prices according to the quantities actually ordered without a minimum in quantity or amount and with a maximum in quantity or amount determined per lot as indicated in the Consultation Regulation and the CCAP.For each lot, the contract is a framework agreement concluded:- partly by the issuance of purchase orders the conclusion of subsequent contracts for services whose estimated value is strictly less than 40,000 euros excluding VAT-In part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for the following services whose estimated amount is equal to or greater than 40,000 euros excluding VATBy way of derogation, the buyer may decide to have recourse to a subsequent contract for a requirement strictly less than 40,000.00 euros (excluding VAT). The hourly volumes indicated per lot in Article 3.4 of the Consultation Regulations are indicative and not contractual
