The object of the services of the Contractor described here is the provision of a Common Data Environment solution ("CDE") with BIM model viewer and integrated collaboration tools. The requirements for previous projects of the AG were limited to a purely document-based storage functionality of the project platforms (common data room).

In the course of the BIM implementation for the client, it is necessary to procure a central data location and a collaboration platform in the form of a CDE for the BIM model and, in particular, all documents and workflows required for the project.

The aim is to create a central source of information for storing, documenting and linking all project-relevant information (single source of information), which enables lifecycle-oriented work.

The subject matter of the invitation to tender is therefore structured as follows:

- Provision and operation of a CDE solution according to the specified requirements

- Provision and operation of an integrated BIM model viewer

- Provision and operation of integrated collaboration tools

- Services in the field of construction/rollout, training and adaptation of the CDE
