The NRW. URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH is responsible for the conversion of the York and Oxford barracks as trustee of the city of Münster. The contract is awarded on behalf of NRW. URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH and for the account of the City of Münster.

The client NRW. URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH intends - in trust for the city of Münster - the new construction of the 3-group day care center at the York barracks in Münster. The new construction of the property comprises a usable area of approx. 900m2.

The city of Münster is a young, growing city, so that there has also been a growing need for childcare for the day-care centres for years. On the conversion site of Oxford alone, the future Oxford quarter, a total of 1,200 apartments are to be built over the next eight years. The resulting demand for childcare places will increase continuously with the continuation of the housing completion and is to be covered close to the location.

Within this framework, the following service is to be awarded:

- Post-and-beam façade
