Pact for the development of the Metropolitan City of Cagliari: signed on 11/17/2016, identifies the priority interventions and strategic areas of intervention for the territory for which the CIPE Resolution no. 26/2016 allocates the sum of 168 million euros under the Development and Cohesion Fund (FSC) - Programming 2014-2020.

The Service object of this contract aims to provide the necessary support to the Single Manager in the activity of implementation, monitoring and management of the Pact and is divided into three different areas, whose activities are described in the specifications:

1) technical assistance for those responsible for implementing the interventions (Metropolitan Cities and Municipalities)

2) management of the computerized data collection and management system for expenditure monitoring (SMEC)

3) support to the certification body
