The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Entity: 1. Adjustment services of the Person System, 2. Person System maintenance services, 3. Support services of the Ordering Party in contacts with the manufacturer of Utility Software – in the scope of Utility Software used in the Person System and within the framework of service agreements held by the Ordering Party with manufacturers of Utility Software. 4. Acquisition by the Ordering Party of proprietary copyrights to any changes and modifications of the System as well as System Documentation and Solution Documentation resulting from the execution of the said order. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.
