The object of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the owners of the inhabited property and on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located on the territory of the Municipality of Inowłódz in 2022, ensuring that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, by Law of 14 December 2012 on waste, by Resolution No IX/149/19 of the Sejmik of the Łódź Voivodeship of 25 June 2019amending the resolution on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2016 - 2022 from taking into account the years 2023 to 2028.
1. Waste collection equipment type containers, containers, bags that will be set up at waste collection sites, for the duration of the contract is provided by the contractor.
2. Due to the nature of the contract, the exact amount of municipal waste to be collected and zoned in 2022 cannot be determined. The amount of waste from the Municipality is not dependent on the contracting authority. The quantities of waste specified in the table should be regarded as indicative and for the correct valuation of the subject of the contract by the contractors.
The estimated quantity is: 1.121.21 Mg and is only an approximate amount of demand which, during the execution of the contract, is subject to change.
The Contractor shall, when drawing up tenders, take into account the change in the amount of waste collected during the course of the contract.

3. Waste quantities are the amount calculated according to the collected quantities of waste from previous years. The actual demand for the collection and management of waste will depend solely on the actual needs of the contracting authority.
4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste transferred in relation to the estimated quantity and the right to change the type of municipal waste, depending on actual needs and quantity.
5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to add new properties during the implementation of the contract, provided that the total estimated amount of municipal waste for collection and development does not exceed the values indicated above. The Contractor shall not pursue any financial claims (e.g. compensation) from the Contractor if, during the term of the contract, the amount of municipal waste collected is less than the estimated amount of waste.
6. In the case of processing of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, green waste and other biowaste, the Contractor should have the status of a municipal installation in accordance with applicable law, including in particular in accordance with the Law on Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order of Municipalities for: Mechanical and Biological Waste Treatment (MBP), Biological Treatment Installation of Biodegradable Waste (Composting), Storage of Waste resulting from Mechanical-Biological Processing of Mixed Municipal Waste and Residues from sorting waste. The processing of waste collected selectively including packaging waste may not be carried out outside of the installations and facilities of Article 30 (1) of the Waste Act, but those installations do not have to have regional installation status. Segregated waste for development the Contractor shall be obliged to transmit to the authorised entity in accordance with the current rules.
