The subject of the Contract is to conclude a Framework Agreement for the provision of services performed by an accredited research laboratory, including laboratory and field tests for the main assortment of Works:
1) track,
2) roads,
3) bridges (railway engineering structures: bridges, viaducts, passages under tracks, culverts and footbridges, road engineering structures: bridges, viaducts, flyovers and culverts, footbridges, tunnels),
4) required for the following industries: cubature, sanitary, geotechnical, teletechnical, electrical, traction, railway traffic control and other industries not listed, related to the performance of the Contract.
1. The subject of the Contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the provision of services performed by an accredited research laboratory, including the performance of laboratory and field tests for the main assortment of Works:
1) track,
2) roads,
3) bridges (railway engineering structures: bridges, viaducts, passages under tracks, culverts and footbridges, road engineering structures: bridges, viaducts, flyovers and culverts, footbridges, tunnels),
4) required for the following industries: cubature, sanitary, geotechnical, teletechnical, electrical, traction, railway traffic control and other industries not listed, related to the performance of the Contract.
2. The services will be provided in particular in the following areas:
1) geotechnics (earthworks, soil survey);
2) foundation (pile control tests, ground testing);
(3) testing of materials (e.g. aggregates, concrete, steel, asphalt mixtures, concrete, railway and road concrete elements);
(4) testing of the track surface (e.g. flaw detection of rails and their joints in tracks and turnouts, ballast compaction testing, track stabilization testing);
(5) road surface testing (e.g. pavement bearing capacity test, pavement roughness test, pavement evenness test);
6) anti-corrosion protection;
7) others, in accordance with the technical specifications included in the design documentation.
3. The scope of the subject matter of the Contract has been included in the OPZ-R.
4. The Contracting Authority shall specify the detailed scope of the contract each time in the Invitation to Submit Executive Offers, including in the OPZ-W.
