This contract is part of RTE's development of a demonstrator integrating different VIEDs (virtual IEDs) of control systems, produced by several different players, on the open SEPATH platform.
The market is composed of the following 2 phases:
- an interfacing study (constituting the firm share of the market),
- the configuration and provision of a protection virtual machine (optional part) operating on the open SEAPATH platform.

The market is composed of the following 2 phases:

The CCTP detailing the scope of services is available on the Bravo Solution purchasing portal (RFI 23563).
There will be a minimum of 2 contractors and up to 4 contractors, the objective of the project being to demonstrate the multi-vendor interoperability of the solution.
This consultation will result in 1 framework agreement per successful tenderer. Each framework agreement will detail the services to be provided by each successful tenderer and will be executed by purchase orders, without reopening to competition during the execution of the framework agreement.
The commercial offer submitted by each candidate may not exceed €500k.
