Modernization of diagnostic imaging
in SPZOZ in Gostyń. The order was divided into 4 packages:
Package I - purchase of a computer tomograph,
Package II – purchase of a musculoskeletal and pulmonary X-ray machine,
Package III - purchase of an X-ray machine with a C-arm,
Package IV – purchase of a mammograph.
Purchase of a CT scannerThe scope of the contract includes:
1) adaptation and installation of the delivered subject of the contract
in the computed tomography laboratory and adapting it to the applicable requirements in this area,
2) purchase, delivery, unloading, bringing, assembly of devices and commissioning in the place indicated by the Ordering Party together with all components and attachments of the tomograph and with its equipment, accessories, auxiliary and cooperating devices and software,
3) training in the operation of the system for doctors and technicians at the headquarters of the Ordering Party within the time agreed with the Ordering Party after launching all elements of the subject of the contract
4) provision of warranty / service services for a period of 24 months, counted from the date of signing the final delivery and acceptance protocol by both parties.
5) The Contractor is obliged to obtain permits, admissions, acceptances, etc. necessary to start the devices being the subject of the order, the condition of their proper functioning in accordance with applicable law. Mounted, installed
and properly launched the subject of the order can not cause
at the Ordering Party obtaining additional permits, acceptances or costs. On the day of signing the final delivery and collective protocol, the subject of the contract should be ready for proper functioning at the headquarters of the Ordering Party, i.e. have all legally required arrangements and permits.
6) Connection of devices constituting the subject of the order to the system (software) owned by the Ordering Party. The ordering party requires the integration of the supplied equipment with its system (software) in the field of downloading and sending patient data. The contractor must include the necessary licences, installation and configuration services and maintenance services.
7) The equipment being the subject of the supply is to be delivered together with
with installed software and licenses necessary for the operation of the device and its equipment for an indefinite period. The Contractor guarantees that the licenses provided to the Ordering Party are free from legal defects and are not encumbered with the rights of third parties and are non-exclusive licenses.
