The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — “The Forest Act”) covering work to be carried out in the area of the Plock Forest District in 2022. The proceedings shall be carried out by means of an unrestricted tender pursuant to Article 129 (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of Public Procurement (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - “PZP”) and the implementing acts of the PZP. The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding Union thresholds.The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.
