1. The subject of the contract is the provision of all-day cleanliness services along with cleaning of glass surfaces in the premises of the District Court in Łódź in buildings A and B and in the District Courts in Brzeziny, Łęczyca, Rawa Mazowiecka and Łowicz, for a period of 24 months, in accordance with the OPZ.

2. In the present procedure, the Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial bids in a single public procurement procedure and does not limit the number of lots that may be awarded to one Contractor. The subject of the contract described in the Terms of Reference, depending on the parts in Appendix 1.0 to 1.6 to the Terms of Reference, has been divided into 6 PARTS, i.e.:

• Lot 1 – District Court in Łódź, building A and other locations;

• Lot 2 – District Court, building B;

• Lot 3 – District Court in Brzeziny and other locations;

• Part 4 – District Court in Łęczyca;

• Lot 5 – District Court in Rawa Mazowiecka and other locations;

• Part 6 – District Court in Łowicz.

The subject of the Order is:

1) Comprehensive cleaning and window cleaning service in buildings:

- County Court in Łódź at Dąbrowskiego 5,

- I Consultative Team of Court Specialists (I OZSS) in Łódź at 54/56 Łagiewnicka Street,

- 2nd OpiniLegislative Panel of Judicial Specialists (2nd OZSS) in Skierniewice at 33/35 Mszczonowska Street;

- Archives of the District Court in Łódź at 10 Wydawnicza Street.
