this contract consists of the management and operation of the Coudoux drinking water production plant. The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders, which will be executed in accordance with Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code. the contract is awarded for a firm period of 4 years and 7 months from 1 June 2023.The contract begins from 1 June 2023 with a period of preparation and provision of staff by the holder for a period of 1 month. The operating services of the structure will begin on July 1, 2023 at 00h. At the end of the preparation period, the Holder shall ensure the management and operation of the drinking water production plant of Coudoux.The Holder shall implement all available means to obtain the best possible treatment by ensuring, in particular: - the maintenance of continuous operation 24/7 of the drinking water production plant,- the operation of the structures using all the possibilities offered by the drinking water production plant,- the operation of the motorized drinking water distribution valve, controlled by measuring the 900m3 and 300m3 reservoirs,- the operation of the structures using all the possibilities offered by the station, within the limits of the raw water supply of the Marseille Canal for the municipalities of Coudoux and La Fare Les Oliviers, except for express instructions from the contracting authority,- compliance with the production instructions defined by the representative of the contracting authority with an application within 1 hour,- the daily visit of an agent 1 time every 24 hours to carry out a control of the drinking water production plant, excluding weekends and public holidays,- 24-hour monitoring, 7/7 of the station,- the maintenance in continuous operation 24/7, without possible derogation, of the remote transmission equipment,- the load of all equipment, small spare parts and wear, maintenance products,- on-call duty and remote monitoring 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with an intervention time of less than or equal to one hour (cf.
