Supply of electricity to Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Włocławek in 2023

The subject of the contract is the delivery of electricity to facilities belonging to the Ordering Party with a total estimated volume of 10820.00 MWh in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text. Journal of Law 2021, item 716, as amended. as amended) – hereinafter referred to as the EP, of which:

Zone I – 2 278,00 MWh

Zone II – 1 230,00 MWh

Strefa III – 7 312,00 MWh

whereas in zone I tariffs settled around the clock are included, which is specified in the price form (Annex 2 to the SWZ).
