Wandle supports people, across south London, who need a home.

Founded in 1967 as the Merton Family Housing Trust, we have since grown into an organisation with over 7 000 homes across 9 south London boroughs.

We are a provider of homes for rent (social and affordable), shared ownership, outright sale, and supported housing. We also have a small portfolio of commercial properties and garages.

As a developing housing association, we are helping to tackle the shortage of good quality affordable housing. Our recent development programmes have provided hundreds of new homes both for the people most in need of housing and those who would otherwise not be able to afford to own their own home.

Our existing properties are as diverse as the areas in which we operate. We want to be a good landlord and contribute to building strong communities in the area we work through our community investment strategy.

We are procuring a framework agreement for recruitment agency services.

Wandle have a Direct Labour Organisation. We need an Agency to help us to source carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers and other trades people.

Wandle require Agency services to place candidates in our Customer call handling centre and our Housing department.

Wandle require recruitment Agency services to assist us in engaging staff to work in our New Homes, Asset Management and Facilities Management teams. These staff usually need some amount of technical proficiency.
