Yorkshire and Humber Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities and NHS Specialised Commissioners are seeking to develop a region-wide framework of providers to work in partnership with local people, to provide Enhanced community living services for people aged over 16 years who have high levels of complex needs and can be challenging to support in their community.

Details of the commissioning authorities in scope for this project who will call off under this framework are listed within the ITT documentation and in II.2.4. below

Providers interested in applying to be appointed to this framework must register and apply via the procurement portal www.nhssourcing.co.uk where all information and documentation is available to download. The closing date for completed tenders is 12:00 noon on Friday 2.11.2018.
