Ehem. Officer's settlement — Conversion of military living into residential use in Buchenstraße, Bamberg — screed and floor covering work — Construction phase 3.

The building plot with the buildings to be renovated is located along Buchenstraße and has been used for military living.

There are 15 semi-detached houses (= 30 semi-detached houses) and one single-family house along Buchenstrasse, which are now to be renovated. In this construction phase, 10 semi-detached houses are being worked on.

The overall measure extends from 2019 to 2022, is divided into several construction phases and is funded by the Government of Upper Franconia and the Free State of Bavaria as part of urban development promotion and the municipal housing promotion programme (KommWFP).
