The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, acquisition and

lumber, meadow and agricultural management, tourist development and seed and selection for performance in Krzystkowice Forest District in 2022. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ for individual parts orders.

The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest gosp as defined in Article 6 (1) point. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as amended —) covering works in the scope, harvesting and ripping of timber, forest farming, ochr. fire zag. tourism. and selec. to be executed in the forest area of Krzystkowice, Guzów, Bieniów, Biedrzychowice, Brzeźnica, Żarków in the year 2022. The scope of the object of the order includes the total quantities of harvesting work and lumber plugs resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. — List of surfaces with planned protection of raids and subplants

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of forest work performance technology” in the organisational units of the Forests State. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

Descriptions of the action codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Packages. However, the offer submitted for the Package must cover the entire scope of the work provided for in the SWZ for this Package.

The place of execution of the object of the order will be the administrative area of Krzystkowice Forest District.

The implementation of the works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). Indicated in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. the location (forest address) of individual forest works falling under the Subject Matter of the Agreement is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. item 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area.
