Local construction supervision for the conversion and expansion project at the Lübecker Straße substation.

In the course of the modernization of the technical facilities of the substation (renewal of 10 kV and 110 kV system), it is necessary to rebuild and expand the existing substation.

The existing rectifier plant will be extended by a cable floor and a floor for the new 10 KV system in steel construction.

In the course of the extension of the rectifier plant, it is necessary to structurally strengthen this part of the building, i.e. to carry out extensive steel work and foundation work or foundation strengthening during ongoing operation of existing plants.

To connect the switchgear in the extension, a riser shaft in steel construction with a shaft structure on the side of the rectifier plant is built.

The project involves numerous demolition, dismantling and concrete work.

A building permit dated 13.03.2023 has been issued for the construction project.

For this purpose, local construction supervision is required.
