The subject of the order is the delivery of eight passenger cars of one electric drive brand for the purposes of the Municipality of Gdańsk and its organizational units, including:

1) seven cars with a range of min 340 km, including one with additional equipment and

2) one car with a range of min. 400 km,

according to the requirements set out in the Procurement Terms Specification.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of eight passenger cars of one electric drive brand for the purposes of the Municipality of Gdańsk and its organizational units, including:

1) seven cars with a range of min 340 km, including one with additional equipment and

2) one car with a range of min. 400 km,

according to the requirements set out in the Procurement Terms Specification.

Note: The Ordering Authority stipulates that the brand must be the same for all eight cars.

2. Maximum time for delivery of cars from the date of signing the contract: 160 calendar days.

3. Offered passenger cars should be:

1) new, unused, without defects and damage;

2) technically efficient, complete and ready for use;

3) produced no earlier than 2021.

4. Avunable passenger cars:

1) meet the requirements of zero combustion of fuels and zero emissions EURO 6 (WLTP);

2) have all the necessary certificates, approvals or other traffic admission documents arising from Chapter III, Chapters 1a and 1b of the Road Traffic Law Act of 20 June 1997 (OJ 2021, item 450 as amended);

3) meet the technical conditions of the vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment provided for by the law in force in Poland for cars travelling on public roads (Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure).
