Linköping University intends to sign an agreement with a supplier that can deliver digital object lockers with associated software for self-service. LiU needs to digitise and streamline certain functions, such as the delivery/submission of various objects. LiU therefore intends to procure digital object lockers for LiU's various campuses. With the help of the object lockers, employees will be able to drop off/pick up items such as screens, laptops, mouses, keyboards and keys through self-service.

Linköping University intends to sign either a purchase agreement or a lease agreement with associated service and support agreement, with a supplier who can deliver digital object lockers with associated software for self-service.

It is up to LiU to decide which business model (alternative A - purchase or alternative B - rent) is the most economically advantageous business model for LiU. Only tenders that have offered the chosen business model will be evaluated and qualified.
