The activities of the assignment mainly consist of the following parts:

It concerns all trees within the municipality of Rucphen. The following sub-areas can be distinguished:

- Rucphen;

-Disk;

- Sprundel;

- Sint Willebrord;

-Sedge;

- Industrial area 'De Nijverhei' / Courtyard.

The work mainly consists of the following activities from the maintenance of trees within the municipality:

a. Record tree safety check and maintenance condition;

b. Tree pruning;

c. Removal of trees;

d. Removal of stumps;

e. Soil improvement for trees;

f. Planting trees;

g. Additional work, including traffic measures and measures under the Nature Conservation Act;

h. Digital registration of work carried out;

i. Use of labour and equipment.

The Client intends to enter into a framework agreement for a fixed term of 3 years from 1 May 2023 to 30 April 2026 with the possibility of two (2) times one (1) year extension.
