The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated, located in the area of Sector III of the Special Purpose Union of the Municipalities MG-6 in the period from March 1, 2020 to February 28, 2022, and furnish these properties in containers, containers and bags.

1. The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of the following types of municipal waste:

1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) collected in containers, containers,

2) municipal waste collected selectively in bags, containers, containers divided into fractions:

a) paper and cardboard packaging (15 01 01), paper and cardboard (20 01 01),

b) plastic packaging (15 01 02), metal packaging (15 01 04), multi-material packaging (15 01 05), mixed packaging waste (15 01 06), plastic (20 01 39), metals (20 01 40)

c) glass packaging (15 01 07), glass (20 01 02),

d) biodegradable and green waste (20 02 01),

3) bulky waste (20 03 07),

4) waste electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 35, 20 01 36),

5) used tires (16 01 03),

6) expired drugs and chemicals (15 01 10, 15 01 11, 20 01 13, 20 01 14, 20 01 15, 20 01 17, 20 01 19, 20 01 27, 20 01 28, 20 01 29, 20 01 30 , 20 01 31, 20 01 32, 20 01 80).
