The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Łużna Municipality. A detailed description of the contract in question is specified in the Specifications of the Terms of The Contract.

The Contractor will be obliged to collect and manage the following waste:

1.Mixed and segregated (paper, plastics, multi-material packaging and metal, glass, bio-waste) created on inhabited real estate.

2. Mixed and segregated (paper, plastics, multi-material packaging and metal, glass, bio-waste) created in educational institutions of the Łużna Commune and buildings owned by the Łużna Municipality.

3.Mixed and segregated created on real estate owned by the Commune of Łużna: waste mixed from 4 municipal cemeteries and PSZOK.

4.Waste resulting from an emergency situation (e.g. fire, throwing of waste, etc.).

Estimated quantities of waste to be collected and managed during the contract execution period:

a) mixed - approx. 630 Mg

b) plastics, metal, multi-material packaging, glass, paper, bio-waste – approx. 360 Mg,

c) PSZOK - ok. 110 Mg

The Purchaser reserves that the amounts given are estimates and are primarily used to estimate the cost of providing the service. Due to the necessity of collecting the amount of waste other than the indicated one, the Contractor will not be able to claim damages.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the requirements to the Contractor shall be determined by the Specification of the Conditions of the Order with the Annexes.
