This contract consists of a project management assistance mission (hereinafter AMO) in connection with renovation works relating to the improvement of the technical installations and the energy and environmental performance of the two buildings occupied by the Parliament of the French Community, namely:

— the line hotel located rue Royale, 72 to 1000 Brussels,

— the hotel of the registry located on rue de la Loi, 6 to 1000 Brussels.
