Case-work order-management system (ÄAH) to Nacka Energi AB

The procurement includes a complete delivery of a Case-Work Order-Management System (ÄAH) including software with documentation and all other efforts required for delivered products to be used in Nacka Energi's regular operations. What is therefore required is functional total responsibility. The system will be delivered as a System As A Service (SAAS), which includes the operation and management of the system for a system that is evergreen. The supplier is responsible for the technical and organizational security of the system and the client's data.
