The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor, at the site of the plant/installation in Bełchatowo at 14 and 16 Przemysłowa Street, to the Ordering Party of a service consisting in the sorting of raw materials and the compression of raw materials/waste.

A detailed description of the item of the order is described in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor, at the site of the plant/installation in Bełchatowo at 14 and 16 Przemysłowa Street, to the Ordering Party of a service consisting in the sorting of raw materials and the compression of raw materials/waste.

The service in question shall include the performance by the Contractor:

1) the sorting services of raw materials and the compression of raw materials/waste from selective collection;

2) the sorting services of raw materials and the compression of raw materials/waste from foreign supplies;

3) sorting services of raw materials derived from selective collection;

4) waste compression services from selective collection and foreign supplies;

5) for the purposes of the performance of the service, the Ordering Party will lease the Contractor the following equipment/facilities located in Bełchatowo at 14 and 16 Przemysłowa Street.
