Shropshire CCG, Telford & Wrekin CCG, Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust, Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt NHS Foundation Trust, Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust and South Staffordshire & Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are seeking expressions of interest to deliver Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services, including a limited number of High Dependency Patient Transport.
