The work concerns the realization of the Broad School Weespersluis within the new residential neighborhood of Weespersluis. The entire building becomes the property of an association of owners to which the municipality, both schools and the handball association WeHave have an apartment right.

The Broad School Weespersluis consists of three parts:

• PO School of ASKO Schools Foundation for 312 pupils with a size of approximately 1 900 m2 GFA.

• PO school of partnership Schooling Florente and Schooling Talent Primary for 312 students with a size of approximately 1 900 m2 GFA.

• A sports facility incl. Sports canteen and neighborhood room of approximately 2 400 m2 GFA.

• A VVE and BSO of approximately 400 m2 GFA.

The total plot has an area of 7 129 m2. The plot is currently not built on and is being made available for building. A construction road must be constructed.
