EDF buys on behalf of ENEDIS the construction work of three buildings and the exterior fittings of the training center "La Perollière" located in the municipalities of Saint Bel and Saint Pierre la Palud (69).

The buildings are intended for the administrative pole of the site, accommodation and training of trainees.

Outdoor facilities include roads, networks, street furniture, landscaping.

The nature of the work concerns:

-The EXE mission of the works is the responsibility of the company responsible for the work

The services of the Technical Floor package for this operation are as follows:

The services of the HVAC Plumbing lot for this operation are as follows:

-Copper distribution network with insulation class of hydraulic networks:

• Class 4 for networks located outside the insulated building envelope

• Class 3 for chilled water systems located inside the insulated building envelope and DHW

-Copper plumbing and heating network (except recessed in presheathed PER / distribution by tablecloth in the level or lower level on Formation and Tertiary and by column on Accommodation.

Here are the main descriptions of the services to be performed for the plumbing part:

-A rainwater recovery system for toilets and outdoor watering is planned on tertiary buildings

-Fittings in the building Accommodation: Approximately: 144 pieces of furniture Bathroom; 8 PRM washbasin; 152 WC); 6 showers; 1 drains

-Equipment in the building Training: Approximately: HIMAC resin washbasin tops (4 single, 5 double); 6 showers; 2 drains, 4 washbasins;11WC;9 urinals

-Apparatus in the tertiary building: Approximately: HIMAC resin washbasin tops (2 single, 10 double); 6 showers; 2 drains, 10 washbasins;12WC;8 urinals

-Electrical tracing will be provided in areas with risk of frost (outside, crawl space).

Here are the main descriptions of the services to be performed for the HVAC and DHW part per building:

For the Training building:

-The heat production of the Formation building is ensured by a geothermal energy by probes and a backup-rescue by gas boiler of 350kW.

-Operation on the building Training in thermo-fridgepump (simultaneous hot / cold) and on the tertiary in hot only.

-The transmitters are cassettes in most spaces, air conditioning will also be present in these rooms, radiators are provided in the non-air-conditioned rooms. Approx.: (80 cassettes 4 tubes / 70 radiators)

-The ventilation will be done in hygienic double flow CTA + adiabatic treatment (Approximately: 3 CTA)

-The DHW will be done by cumulus clouds distributed throughout the building. (Approx.: 8 balloons)

For the tertiary building:

-The heat production of the building is done via substation located at the R-1 of the building supplied by building Formation by an underground heating network.

-The transmitters are radiant panels in the restaurant area About: (58m²), heated floor in the hall About: (300m²) and radiators in the rest of the spaces (about 110 units)

-The ventilation will be done in HK double flow Hygienic + adiabatic treatment Approximately: (3CTA)

The DHW of the catering area will be done by an ECS Gas preparer

The ECS will be done by cumulus clouds distributed throughout the building.

For the Accommodation building:

-The production of heating and DHW will be done by about 3 Air-WATER HT heat pumps with a unit power of 50kW + electric boiler in emergency 72kW.) + solar thermal

-The transmitters will be radiators with thermostatic head controllable by WIFI Environ (153 units)

-The ventilation will be done by single flow extractor Hygro B Approximately: (2 boxes)

The services of the CFO-CFA Electricity package for this operation are as follows:

For the CFO part:

-Routing and distribution of networks via marine slab cable tray

-External lighting of the entire site to be provided (about 105masts high of 8m and 4m)

-Outdoor box for electric vehicle charging stations (10 units) + cable pulling for 30% of the fleet (MOA charging stations)

-For the HTA part: Creation of a new HTA loop on the site. Estimated power of the 4MVA loop (not expanded) with a new substation to be planned as well as 3 other substations: 2 substations of 630kVA (Tertiary and External Station) and 1 of 800kVA (Training), the other substations of the existing buildings being already existing on the site.

-Power supply + installation of boxes used to power electric vehicle charging stations

-A photovoltaic production is to be expected in self-consumption on the site for the following buildings. Hosting: 45kWp / Training: 64.3 kWp / Tertiary: 56.6 kWp

-Addressable security lighting throughout the site. BAES + BAEH on the building Accommodation. (BAES (45lm)=approx190 / BAES (360lm) = 30units / BAES+BAEH=30)

For the CFA part:

-Routing and distribution of networks via marine slab cable tray

-For the ISS, it is planned to set up an Operating Assistance Unit (UAE) in the site's security PC, taking over all the ISS of the buildings on the plot. (SSI type 1 on each building)

-Local core network managing the entire computer and telephone network of the site by star cabling + network looping. 48-strand OS2 type fiber (About 3.5km of cable)

-Access control will be done by the installation is type ANSSI 1er, totally wired and level using technology Mifare DESFIRE EV2 badge technology – 13.56 MHz, 8 KB of memory. Use of the DRIM Nord software server EST installed in ENEDIS DATA CENTER. Mark imposed by access control by ENEDIS (TIL) (total: 380 LB)

The services of the structural work lot for this operation concern the construction of the Court-Circuit, Training, Tertiary, Accommodation and Hangar buildings:

-The rehabilitation work of the Tesla building includes the interior cleaning with complete exposure of the plateau (about 300m²) and underpinning.

-The site installations are the responsibility of the Gros-Œuvre-Fondation.

-Earthworks by excavations in holes and channels in ordinary and rocky ground are to be expected for the realization of the foundations of the works.

-The Formation and Short Circuit buildings are designed on deep foundations by reinforced piles drilled with the continuous auger single rotation or double rotation (pile class 2 – Category 6). Approximately 1270 ml of Ø42 piles and 300 ml of Ø62 piles.

-The other buildings will be on so-called superficial foundations (about 500m3 of concrete)

-The elevations (sails, posts, beams) represent about 1500 m3 of concrete and prewalls are planned for the construction of the tertiary and formation buildings (about 1580 m²).

-Infrastructure slabs (approximately: paving 510 m²; pre-slab floor from 23 to 30cm 1450 m²) and BA floors for about 11,100 m².

- Floor insulation (About 2160 m²); buried insulation (approximately 1085 m²); and thermo-acoustic insulation on wall (Approx. 250 m²)

Some building roofs are provided in 2-sided trusses, including volige and edge planks on a surface of approximately 931.89 m².

The Formation and Tertiary buildings are planned in traditional glulam timber frame with all the secondary frames and assemblies for about 100 m3.

Wood-framed walls on the spinning façade with thermal insulation in 160mm thick cellulose wadding, OSB panels, rain screen and vapour barrier are provided for the Training, Tertiary and Accommodation buildings, on the first floor. Surface of the MOB about 2400 m².

The services of the metal frame lot for this operation are as follows:

Metal construction of building walkways Training and accommodation with poles, gantries, crossbow, gussets in commercial profiles or PRS and all bolted assembly parts. Together weighing about 54 tons.

The circulation floors of the central walkways will be made of non-slip composite wood slats on approximately 315m². The grated floors to the right of the gables of the Accommodation and Training buildings represent about 200 m².
