The object of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste (including: receiving, loading, transport, transfer to the site of disposal and recovery of waste, together with payment of fees at the place of transfer of waste) from the territory of the municipality of Trzcianka from the owners of the inhabited property and mixed, i.e. properties constituting inhabited and non-inhabited property (i.e. real estate in which economic activity is carried out), in a way that ensures adequate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste are achieved.
