Grouping of orders: City and CCAS of La Roche-Sur-Yon.

The consultation is divided into 6 lots. Each lot will be the subject of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with annual maximum.

The initial duration of each framework agreement shall be 1 year from 17 April 2023 or from its date of notification, whichever is later.

Each framework agreement may be renewed 3 times tacitly.

For information, the membership of the command group is as follows:

- All lots for City of La Roche-Sur-Yon

- Lots 1, 2 and 3 for the CCAS of La Roche-Sur-Yon.

framework agreement with purchase orders: without minimum amount and maximum annual amount of 335,000 euros (excluding tax), the contractual distribution of which for each member of the grouping is as follows:

City: 285 000 euro HT - cCAS: 50 000 euro (H.T.).

Framework agreement with purchase orders: without minimum amount and maximum annual amount of 582,000 euros (excl. tax) whose contractual distribution for each member of the group is as follows: City: 372,000 euros excluding VAT - cCAS: 210,000 euros (excluding VAT).

Framework agreement with purchase orders: without minimum amount and maximum annual amount of 55,000 euros (excl. tax) whose contractual distribution for each member of the group is as follows: City: 35,000 euros excluding VAT - cCAS: 20,000 euros (excl. tax).
