1. The subject of this contract is the successive supply of materials and cleaning products for the needs of the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and number of the assortment of materials and cleaning products, is specified in the Assortment and Price Form containing a description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of this contract is the successive supply of materials and cleaning products for the needs of the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and number of the assortment of materials and cleaning products, is specified in the Assortment and Price Form containing a description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. The materials and cleaning products which are the subject of the contract must be brand new, free from defects, originally packaged and labelled by the manufacturer. The wrapping and packaging used must adequately protect the products against damage and disassembly.
4. The Contractor offering products of a different weight or volume or size of packaging than indicated by the Ordering Party in column 2 of the Assortment and Price Form (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), is obliged to enter in column 3 of the table the offered number of packages / pieces so that the total weight or volume or the total number of pieces of a given product is at least as required by the Ordering Party, with the proviso that the offered weight or volume or size of the packaging of a given product may not be greater than indicated by the Ordering Party in column 2. In all positions in which the Ordering Party has allowed tolerance (+/-) in the scope of the required parameters, the Contractor is obliged to enter the offered parameters in column 3 of the table.
5. In accordance with § 1 section 3 of the Draft Contract (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ), the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the subject of the contract specified as to the type in Annex 2 to the contract (Assortment and price form), within the limits of the remuneration referred to in § 2 section 1 of the Draft Contract, as well as the possibility of not using the subject of the contract in terms of quantity and value, however, not exceeding 30 % of the value of the remuneration specified in the contract, subject to the admissibility of changes to the contract provided for in § 9 of the Draft Contract.
6. Deliveries will take place to the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences of the Warsaw University of Technology, Koszykowa 75, 00-662 Warsaw, based on a written order prepared by the Ordering Party, which will be sent by e-mail.
