The subject of the contract is the development of multi-branch design and cost estimate documentation for the investment task entitled Reconstruction of the buildings of the former detention center at Sądowa Street in Zabrze for the needs of the District Court in Zabrze. The scope of works provides for the development of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for reconstruction along with a change in the use of the building complex at 1 Sądowa Street in Zabrze, including the adaptation of the main building and accompanying infrastructure located on the property along with land development for the needs of the court.
