Well-goods for rain and sewage lines
The tender relates to framework agreements on the procurement and supply of well cargo to Herning Vand A/S and Horsens Water A/S.
With this tender, the contracting entities have a desire to conclude framework agreements for the purchase of well goods for use in both new sewage and stormwater lines and continuous refurbishment and maintenance of the existing wiring network. Contracting entities expect that the well estate
1. may last for so many years that replacement must be mainly due to the attrition of the casting estate.
2. can be opened and closed for many years without problems and unnecessary occupational load.
3. effectively prevents extraneous water and sand from penetrating the sewage system.
4. is designed in a way that optimizes the durability of the surrounding road surface (primarily asphalt). Here is especially thought of
a. preventing glossy water in the transition between sill and road surfaces.
b. a sustained smooth running surface. If the sill sinks in the road surface or sil/cover does not constitute an even surface, it causes a blow from tyres on the well estate which in turn leads to the risk of even greater unevenness.
5. is optimized by noise. Here, attention is again drawn to a persistent smooth running surface, as well as the design of the pattern.
6. ensures that the sill can be lifted up to several times when laying out new road covering (wear layer).
In an effort to meet these expectations and to ensure uniformity and a high level of quality, a number of technical requirements and desires have been set out for the products.
