The purpose of the acquisition is the case management system as a SaaS solution and related services as a total service. The acquisition includes a case management system and its access rights, support and maintenance services, software services, a system delivery project and complementary professional services.
Finnvera's case management system shall cover the electronic processing and management of matters and related documents and documents throughout their lifecycle, from receipt or storage to electronic long-term archiving and disposal.

Finnvera wants to develop and reform document management, case management, contract management, data management, archiving and process maneuverability, both technology-based and modalities.
The main features of the new system include ease of use, reliability, versatility and modern software interfaces for other integrable operational systems
The information system shall be architecturally modular, according to which functionalities for the modules/components/libraries to be implemented must be interconnected by interfaces. This will allow third party solutions to be incorporated into a whole or an individual subset, if necessary, will allow third party solutions to be switched.
