periodic execution service of differential interferometric processing of COSMO-SkyMed satellite SAR scenes for a period of 30 months. CIG Code: 9694833D45
The Geological Monitoring Centre of Arpa Lombardia currently monitors and manages (45+1) geological monitoring networks distributed throughout the region.
Also following the interesting results obtained with previous assignments of interferometric radar processing from periodic satellites with A-DinSar (Advanced Differential Interferometric SAR) technique, it is the intention of this Center to continue to receive periodic updates on the monitored areas
In particular, it seems useful to have information on the areas immediately adjacent to the monitored instability so as to be able to assess any need for expansion or displacement of the networks. Similarly, the interferometric data is also important for the ex post validation of the data acquired on the ground with the consolidated instrumentation used by the Center.
Following previous analyses in which the datasets acquired by the Cosmo Sky Med constellation have been used in their entire temporal depth, this service aims to update the data that will be acquired over time by these satellites.
These updates will allow the CMG to extend and further deepen the study of the instability currently monitored by satellite interferometric monitoring technique
