The district of Enz, the city of Pforzheim, the district of Calw and the district of Karlsruhe, as competent authorities within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23.10.2007 on public passenger transport services, award a public service contract (SPS) for public passenger transport services on the basis of Art. 5 para. 1 VO 1370/2007 in conjunction with GWB and VgV in the Keltern/Remchingen traffic area. At the start of operations, these are the traffic services on the following lines in the aforementioned traffic area:

The obligation to provide transport services begins on 10.12.2023 and ends with the timetable change on 13.12.2031. At the start of operations, these are the traffic services on the following lines in the aforementioned traffic area:
- 720 Pforzheim - Ellmendingen - Ittersbach;
- 721 Pforzheim - Ellmendingen - Langensteinbach;
- 919 school buses Keltern - Conweiler
- 923 school buses Pforzheim - Ellmendingen - Langensteinbach - Ittersbach / Weiler and within Keltern

The total output is approx. 0.541 million timetable kilometres per year.
M3 intercity buses of class II are to be used (vehicle categories in points 2.1.1.1. and 2.1.1.2. ECE-R 107 "Regulation No 107 of the Economic Commission for Europe of the United Nations (UNECE) – Uniform provisions for the approval of vehicles of categories M2 and M3
with regard to their general design features"). Until the start of operations, there may still be minor changes in the range of services; these changes must be taken into account and implemented by the company. Further specifications regarding requirements for timetables, transport charges, standards and quality requirements can be found in the tender documents.

On the bus lines (722, 724/725, 922) intercity buses M3 class II are to be used (vehicle categories in points 2.1.1.1. and 2.1.1.2. ECE-R 107 "Regulation No. 107 of the Economic Commission for Europe of the United Nations (UNECE) - Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles of categories M2 and M3 with regard to their general design characteristics"). From 01.01.2025 at the latest, at least one standard bus must be used on lines 724/725 that meets the requirements for emission-free heavy commercial vehicles in accordance with Section 2 No. 6 SaubFahrzeugBeschG and is to be registered as a Class I vehicle. By way of derogation, the use of a minibus is permitted on certain journeys of line 722 marked accordingly in the timetable in accordance with module FPL (see chapter A.2 of the service description). In addition, an on-demand service with area service must be set up in accordance with § 44 PBefG. For this purpose, two vehicles ("clean light commercial vehicles according to § 2 No. 4 SaubFahrzeugBeschG") are to be used.
At the start of operation, the scope of on-demand transport will amount to around 5:00 minibus operating hours per vehicle on short nights or 7:30 hours on long nights (see ODM module as part of the tender documents for operating hours). The necessary software for the dispatch of on-demand transports is provided by the public transport authorities.
